I visited Fullers BBQ and let's say it's one of my favorite spots in Fayetteville. Buffet style country food, and yes they had chitterlings on the buffet. Here is my take on some of the food's I sampled. Gizzard - fried to perfection but need to be seasoned. Fat back - mouthwatering, nuff said Fried fish - wasn't soaked in extra grease, crisp skin and perfectly seasoned. Collars - stop putting sugar in collards. I added vinegar to balance out the sweetness. Pulled pork - It was overcooked. A touch of pepper made it edible. Mashed potatoes - I used they gravy from the stew beef to add on top of the MP. Man it was good. Fried chicken - Anybody that can fry a chicken breast and it's still juicy deserves praise. Add them to the perfect fried chicken list. Biscuit - between my 2 brothers, they ate 13. No cap. Taste just like Grandma's homemade biscuits......i added jelly. Fried cornbread - I haven't had fried cornbread in a long time and I started to order a pan to go. Crispy and seasoned very well. #soulfood #explorepage #FayettevilleEats #foodstagram #foodblogger #comfortfood #southerneats #JCSU #foodlover #dinner #foodies #FSU #foodiesofinstagram #BlackFriday #supportlocal #deepfried #instagood #Pembroke #homecooking #FayettevilleState #seafood #southernfood #NCfoodscene #KeepPounding #CLTFoodie

I stumbled across this place on a long road trip. Great southern classics and the employees are super nice and helpful. The food is good and you can everything from fried chicken to crab cakes and corn.

Stopped by Fullers today for lunch. And I'm so full I will be skipping supper! There was so much good food on the buffet there's no way I could've tried it all. But what I had was really good. Fried chicken was on point, and the vegetables were all good, and the whole hog BBQ was tasty too. I wanted to try the cabbage, but too full! The flat, fried corn bread was fantastic. It is soul food - w/ pigs feet, chitlins, fat back, ribs, fish - you name it! The staff were all friendly & efficient. This is a great place if you're hungry for some good food.

Very good food! Plenty of options & friendly staff. Prefer this location compared to the previous location I use to visit.

I'd always heard about Fuller's but I tried it for the first time on Thursday, 03-07-24. It was some much needed comfort food after a funeral. It made me reminiscent of family dinners at Chason's many years ago. No long wait when I entered right after 3 pm. The restaurant wasn't completely full but busy enough. My server was pleasant and checked on me often. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly. Looking forward to trying the other location the next time I'm in the area.
